Weld a cluster of miniature metal spiders, just in time for Halloween! These critters fit in the palm of your hand and aren’t creepy enough to crawl up your arm.
Learn to MIG weld (GMAW) in this brief introductory class where you will make several spiders from horseshoe nails and metal nuts. We provide all of the safety gear; you wear jeans and closed-toed shoes.
First, you register (yourself, your friends/family, your kids 8 and up, etc.). Next, you show up to class in jeans and closed-toed shoes. Tank tops are OK- you will wear a welding jacket to weld. Then you will watch a welding demo and get to try it out yourself. Finally, you will bend little spider legs and weld them onto a body!
Kids under 12, please register with an adult unless you’re an alum of Weld Like A Girl. 😀
