Left-handed people, unite! In honor of National Left Handers Day, this welding class is specifically designed for you! This 2-hour experience will focus on learning the very basics of GMAW (MIG) and SMAW (stick welding) from a left-hand, right-brain perspective.
We have all of the welding and safety gear you will need. We simply ask that you come dressed in jeans (or similar 100% cotton pants), a 100% cotton t-shirt (or tank top) and closed-toe shoes (boots are best).
There isn’t a specific project associated with this co-ed welding class but you are welcome to keep the practice metal you weld.
If you are right-handed, you could choose to join us; however, please understand all equipment will be set-up for our left handed friends.
