Blacksmith your very own dragon’s claw!
First, learn the basics of forge safety and set-up. Second, heat and twist metal to your liking. (There are 4 basic twists shown above; you can choose one of those designs or create your own.) Third, taper and draw out the drag claw. Next, square up the keyring end and clean up the edges. Then use a drill press to create a hole for the keyring. Finally, clear coat your dragon’s claw to give further depth.

- Please wear jeans that completely cover your ankles and shoes that completely cover your feet. Leather boots or shoes are best, but tennis shoes are acceptable. A cotton t-shirt or tank top should be worn. (Please leave your polyester leisure suits at home.)
- Children may take this class as long as they are not afraid of fire. We ask that young people under 12 years old register with an adult. (Exception for kids who have previously taken classes with us: please register with an adult if you are under 10.)
- Water and light refreshments provided.
