SUMMARY:KIDS' CAMP: Taco Manufacturing (AGES 8ish-17)
DESCRIPTION:\n 	DATE CHANGE: Due to a family funeral\, we have adjusted the
  dates for this class  our apologies for any inconvenience.\n\n\nFunction
  + Creativity = Taco Stand\nLearn mad introductory fabrication skills whil
 e building your own taco (complete with all the fixin's and a display stan
 d) during this two-day welding/ manufacturing camp!\n\nTaco builders will 
 use (at least) the following tools:\n\n 	GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding\, aka
  MIG welding\, aka wire welding)\n 	PAC (Plasma Arc Cutting\, aka light sa
 ber)\n 	Oxy-acetylene torch with rosebud (for heating/bending)\n 	Oxy-acet
 ylene torch welding tip and brazing rod\n 	14" chop saw\n 	4.5" variable s
 peed angle grinder\n 	other tools as needed\n\nOVERVIEW\n\n 	ALL classes b
 egin with safety! Participants will be taught to use all tools. Demonstrat
 ions and practice time are provided. \n 	We normally provide a small group
  setting of usually no more than 10 people so that everyone can get the in
 dividual instruction and attention they need.\n 	We provide all safety gea
 r including safety glasses\, welding jackets\, gloves and welding helmets.
 \n\n 	FYI: if you already have your own safety glasses that fit you perfec
 tly\, you are welcome to bring them. Otherwise\, we provide standard ANSI-
 approved safety glasses that are yours to take home.\n\n\n 	This class is 
 co-ed.\n 	Kids from ages 8ish to 17  are welcome to register. If you have
  questions about younger kids\, please call us. :)\n 	WHAT TO WEAR: jeans\
 , cotton t-shirt and closed-toe shoes (leather shoes or boots preferred\; 
 tennis shoes are OK\; no sandals)\; please ensure ankles and feet are comp
 letely covered. T-shirts or tank tops are fine as you will be wearing a we
 lding jacket on top.\n 	Water\, tea and light refreshments will be provide
 d both days. Naturally\, a delicious taco dinner will be provided on DAY 2
