SUMMARY:KIDS' CAMP: Pizza Manufacturing Day (AGES 8-12)
DESCRIPTION: Function + Creativity = Metal Pizza\n\nLearn mad introductory 
 fabrication skills while building your own 3.5 lb slice of pizza during th
 is one-day welding/ manufacturing camp!\n\nPizza Aficionados will use (at 
 least) the following tools:\n\n 	GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding\, aka MIG wel
 ding\, aka wire welding)\n 	PAC (Plasma Arc Cutting\, aka light saber)\n 	
 14" chop saw\n 	4.5" variable speed angle grinder\n 	other tools as needed
 \n\nOVERVIEW\n\n 	ALL classes begin with safety! Participants will be taug
 ht to use all tools. Demonstrations and practice time are provided. \n 	We
  normally provide a small group setting of usually no more than 12 people 
 so that everyone can get the individual instruction and attention they nee
 d. Due to Covid-19\, we are limiting this class to SIX participants.\n 	We
  provide all safety gear including safety glasses\, welding jackets\, glov
 es and welding helmets.\n\n 	FYI: if you already have your own safety glas
 ses that fit you perfectly\, you are welcome to bring them. Otherwise\, we
  provide standard ANSI-approved safety glasses that are yours to take home
 .\n\n\n 	This class is co-ed.\n 	Kids from ages 8-12 are welcome to regist
 er. We ask that a parent or guardian be available for children 10 and unde
 r.\n 	WHAT TO WEAR: jeans\, cotton t-shirt and closed-toe shoes (leather s
 hoes or boots preferred\; tennis shoes are OK\; no sandals)\; please ensur
 e ankles and feet are completely covered. T-shirts or tank tops are fine a
 s you will be wearing a welding jacket on top.\n 	Water\, tea and light re
 freshments will be provided throughout the day. Naturally\, a delicious pi
 zza lunch will be provided\, given the nature of our topic.\n\nPlease call
