SUMMARY:KIDS' CAMP: Pizza Manufacturing (AGES 8-14)
DESCRIPTION: Function + Creativity = Metal Pizza\n\nLearn mad introductory 
 fabrication skills while building your own 3.5 lb slice of pizza during th
 is two-day welding/ manufacturing camp!\n\nPizza Aficionados will use (at 
 least) the following tools:\n\n 	GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding\, aka MIG wel
 ding\, aka wire welding)\n 	PAC (Plasma Arc Cutting\, aka light saber)\n 	
 14" chop saw\n 	4.5" variable speed angle grinder\n 	other tools as needed
 \n\nOVERVIEW\n\n 	ALL classes begin with safety! Participants will be taug
 ht to use all tools. Demonstrations and practice time are provided. \n 	We
  normally provide a small group setting of usually no more than 10 people 
 so that everyone can get the individual instruction and attention they nee
 d.\n 	We provide all safety gear including safety glasses\, welding jacket
 s\, gloves and welding helmets.\n\n 	FYI: if you already have your own saf
 ety glasses that fit you perfectly\, you are welcome to bring them. Otherw
 ise\, we provide standard ANSI-approved safety glasses that are yours to t
 ake home.\n\n\n 	This class is co-ed.\n 	Kids from ages 8-12 are welcome t
 o register. Written parental consent is required so please be sure to sign
  our waiver when dropping off your child. (Mature 7 year olds are permitte
 d with prior permission... please contact us for details.)\n 	WHAT TO WEAR
 : jeans\, cotton t-shirt and closed-toe shoes (leather shoes or boots pref
 erred\; tennis shoes are OK\; no sandals)\; please ensure ankles and feet 
 are completely covered. T-shirts or tank tops are fine as you will be wear
 ing a welding jacket on top.\n 	Water\, tea and light refreshments will be
  provided throughout both days. Naturally\, a delicious pizza lunch will b
 e provided on Day 2 as a graduation reward.\n\nPlease call\, e-mail or mes
