SUMMARY:KIDS' CAMP: Burrito Plate Special (AGES 11-17)
DESCRIPTION:\nLearn mad introductory fabrication skills while building your
  own (removable) burrito on a plate\, complete with side salad and nachos.
  This is a two-day welding/ manufacturing camp.\n\nBurrito builders will u
 se (at least) the following tools:\n\n 	GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding\, aka 
 MIG welding\, aka wire welding)\n 	PAC (Plasma Arc Cutting\, aka light sab
 er)\n 	Oxy-acetylene torch with rosebud (for heating/bending)\n 	metal she
 ar\n 	14" chop saw\n 	4.5" variable speed angle grinder\n 	other tools as 
 needed\n\nOVERVIEW\n\n 	ALL classes begin with safety! Participants will b
 e taught to use all tools. Demonstrations and practice time are provided. 
 \n 	We normally provide a small group setting of usually no more than 10 p
 eople so that everyone can get the individual instruction and attention th
 ey need.\n 	We provide all safety gear including safety glasses\, welding 
 jackets\, gloves and welding helmets.\n\n 	FYI: if you already have your o
 wn safety glasses that fit you perfectly\, you are welcome to bring them. 
 Otherwise\, we provide standard ANSI-approved safety glasses that are your
 s to take home.\n\n\n 	This class is co-ed.\n 	Kids from ages 12-17  are 
 welcome to register. Written parental consent is required so please be sur
 e to sign our waiver when dropping off your child. (Mature 10 &amp\; 11 ye
 ar olds are permitted with prior permission… please contact us for detai
 ls.)\n 	WHAT TO WEAR: jeans\, cotton t-shirt and closed-toe shoes (leather
  shoes or boots preferred\; tennis shoes are OK\; no sandals)\; please ens
 ure ankles and feet are completely covered. T-shirts or tank tops are fine
  as you will be wearing a welding jacket on top.\n 	Water\, tea and light 
 refreshments will be provided both days. Naturally\, a delicious burrito l
 unch will be provided on DAY 2 to celebrate our accomplishments.\n\nPlease
